Inter – Ministries of Finance and Trade and Industry has issued the Decision on rising petrol price. Accordingly, since July 1st 2009, the petrol price increase by 700 VND per litter and oil commodities also increase by 500 VND to 650 VND per litter.
This much, the new price of petrol A92 – the most popular in the market – is 14,200 VND per litter (previous price was 13,500VND), petrol A95 is sold with 14,700 VND per litter (previous price was 14,000VND).
Retail price of oil commodities also rises by 500 to 650 VND per litter. Mainly, kerosene: from 13.000 VND per litter to 13.650 VND per litter; mazout: form 10.000 VND to 10.500 VND per Kg; diesel from 11.500 VND to 12.100 VND per litter.
Petrol Im-Export company (Petrolimex) takes the lead in implementing new price at 0:00 on June 1st 2009. Other petroleum businesses applies new price in the day.
