DECISION
Regarding public disclosure of the projected State budget for the year 2025
MINISTER OF FINANCE
Pursuant to the National Assembly’s Resolution No. 159/2024/QH15 dated November 13, 2024 regarding the projected State budget for the year 2025;
Pursuant to the National Assembly’s Resolution No. 160/2024/QH15 dated November 13, 2024 regarding the allocation of the Central budget for the year 2025;
Pursuant to the Government’s Decree No. 14/2023/ND-CP dated April 20, 2023 regulating the functions, objectives, authorities, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;
Pursuant to the Government’s Decree No. 163/2016/ND-CP dated December 21, 2016 detailing the implementation of a number of articles of the State Budget Law;
Pursuant to the Ministry of Finance’s Circular No. 343/2016/TT-BTC dated December 30, 2016 guiding the implementation of state budget disclosure for all budget levels;
Pursuant to the Government’s Report No. 40/BC-CP dated October 16, 2024 on the assessments of the execution of the State budget in 2024 and projections of State budget for the year 2025;
At the proposal of the Director General of the State Budget Department.
DECISION:
Article 1. Publicly announce state budget estimate data for 2025 (according to the tables attached to this Decision).
Article 2. This Decision takes effect on the date of signing.
Article 3. The Chief of the Ministry Office, Director Generals of the State Budget Department, the Department of Financial Planning and relevant Departments, Bureaus and General Departments under the Ministry of Finance organize the implementation of this Decision./
